Value of 1st April 1905 Two Dollar Bank Note from Trinidad and Tobago
The Government of Trinidad and Tobago 1905 Two Dollar Bill
Description: This is an early bank note. 1905 marks the first year that Trinidad and Tobago issued currency. This is also the highest denomination the island used until the 1930s. Because of that, most $2 bills are heavily circulated. This exact bank note is extremely difficult to locate in perfect condition. Even low grade examples sell for hundreds of dollars. Of course nice notes would be worth a lot more.
Varieties: We are showing a 1905 $2 bill with a red print. Another variety has a red and green print. The green notes are extremely rare.
