The Asiatic Banking Corporation Bank Notes
The Asiatic Banking Corporation Bank Note Values
Bank notes from The Asiatic Banking Corporation were printed in Hong Kong in the 1860s. None of these have an actual date on them, just the numbers 18 followed by two blank spaces for the years to be written in at a later date. Currency was issued for the ten, fifty, one hundred and five hundred dollar denominations. This is not something that you are likely to encounter at your local coin shop. Few survivors are known to exist today. Most of what you will see on the market are specimens or proofs. Issued bank notes from The Asiatic bank are more desirable.
