1923 marked the only year that a ten dollar legal tender note with Andrew Jackson was printed. These types of bills are called “poker chip” notes by collectors. They have red seals and red serial numbers. The back design has an emblem that looks like an old poker chip. These bills are usually valuable. Nice examples go for a couple thousand or more.
