Value and History: Your standard 1929 $100 national bank note is going to be worth between $175 and $350. That price point is for a circulated note from a common bank. The same note in choice uncirculated condition could be worth a few hundred dollars more. It is tough for these to be worth more than about $1,000. Keep in mind that it is not unusual to find low serial numbers. Only a 000001 number is going to command a premium for this series.
