This is one of the most recognizable military payment certificates out there. It has been used in lots of reference literature. The front of each 692 $20 MPC shows a portrait of an Indian chief. The back has a picture of a dam. The two images don’t really go with each other, but they are both attractive. Each side has text that reads “for use only in united states military establishments by united states authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.” As you can see from our price guide, these are still very common in circulated condition. Contact us if you have a high grade example or a replacement note.
