The design of twenty-five cent series 611 military payment certificates is just like all other fractional denominations from the same series. The front shows a woman facing right with her mouth slightly open. This clearly looks like it was inspired by coin imagery. The front and back also have text that reads “for use only in united states military establishments by united states authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.” These circulated in just four different countries; that isn’t a lot in terms of MPC, but enough were saved to make these very common.
