Long story short, in the 50+ years since series 541 MPCs were in circulation they have literally found their way all over the globe. These are in dealer junk boxes from Canada to Australia. And with a printing a number over 12 million, it is not surprising that they are very common today. The design is also very simple and it of course has the standard text that reads “for use only in united states military establishments by united states authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.”
