If by chance you have a note with a serial number that is under 100, then that would add some value. Of course errors and replacements are also always in demand. All series 481 25 cent MPCs have the text “for use only in united states military establishments by united states authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations” written on the front of them.
